About Jeffrey Yu: Yale '23 (Computer Science and East Asian Studies)
Jeff is a senior at Yale double majoring in Computer Science and East Asian Studies with a concentration on China. His college admissions essay was featured in the New York Times, and he specializes in essay writing, college admissions strategy, and life coaching. He has served as a Student Ambassador to the Yale Admissions Office, written extensively about college admissions on Quora and has taught courses on motivation, passion, and leadership while sponsored by the US Embassy in Tokyo.

Hi i am from Central Asia and registered to SAT for Oct 7 but feeeling that i will not get my desire score therefore what do u suggest? Should i take it or just regret my exam?

Take it, if you got 1450+ then you don't need to retake it and send it to universities.

But if you got less than 1400 for the least on the sat then I don't recommend you to submit your scores. Btw, just take the test and relax yourself, don't expect anything.
