Do you put the uv cover on and then cut them out? I have the STICKER PAPER from htvront and it came with 5 sheets of (what looks like carrier sheets). I tried putting the sheet over my printed sticker sheet but couldn’t line it up and made a huge mess. How do you apply it

Thank you- hadn’t heard of these brands at all. Question: with the Starcraft UV vinyl laminate indicating on the package in your video that it is printable, would printing directly onto it not be waterproof, too?
