As someone who’s lived on Moreland Drive (their La Lucia house) its crazy seeing them make multi millionaires look poor. When they bought the original house from an Indian guy they apparently told him they don’t like the electrical fixtures, they told him take it away and throw it, apparently the fixtures where worth R1m (in like 2008). Their New Year’s parties back in the day were insane, they had pyrotechnics for 1-2 hours nonstop. I remember the first time I found out they bought the house next to them to build a garage i was shocked.
