I really don’t believe that gear is the cause of stress! Bloodwork will show if things are off and of course BP CAN be elevated when your blood thickens, which typically happens BUT the biggest issue is dealing with stress! It’s CRAZY what continued stress will do to your body and mind-winding you up light a rubber band ball and ready to snap! Mindfulness, meditation and daily breathing can help ALOT-just saying that it is never ONE culprit! It’s always a build up of lots of things-glad you’re ok Sadik

Bro, what happened to you, exact same thing happened to me. Thought 100% I was having a heart attack. Couldn't breathe, the blood rushed from my arms and legs, causing my hands to curl up and numb out, followed by hyperventilating and then passing out. Insane pain and discomfort in the chest / upper back. Pressure like you wouldn't believe as well. Turned out, it was a panic attack. Ever since then, I've had to alter my routines to allow for decompression time and de-stress time. Mental health, emotional health, even spiritual health, all are just as crucial as physical health. Rest up man, spend some time relaxing and do whatever eases your mind and body the most. Glad you're all good. Cheers my friend 👌

Placing your health in constant high risk to accommodate your ego. At this point you can make a great living focusing on the business side and not risking your health. Make money, be present with family and enjoy life as a Dad and Husband. The only person that can make the initial statement is your wife. This is not matter that you stop and no problem. I suppose the damage is done and might be irreversible...be careful man you have a young and beautiful family and whole life ahead. The breakfasts at that diner you eat everyday while on cycle is insane bro. The second you are on cycle or even “blasting” you need to keep your food crystal clean, spotless because your crp, inflammation, hematocrit, cholesterol are already prone to going haywire from the gear alone, when you add in inflammatory foods, it compounds exponentially. I would argue a lot of these bodybuilders dying are not dying from the steroids alone, it is the drug protocol WITH the lack of nutrients and increased inflammation in their diets that over years reals havoc on their cardiovascular and organ health. I don’t think you need to retire or drop the gear, I think you need to clean up your food, make it all home-cooked with more veggies and with no sauces, basically a prep diet, otherwise you won’t live until 50. You got a newborn at home and you just had a health scare at 37, weigh out what is worth it.

Take a step back and LOOK at the big picture: this is not "stress", this episode is a warning, sort of like the first time someone gets a DUI. Next time could be fatal. Scale back the PEDs to just Testosterone, stop anything like insulin, diuretics, tren, etc, etc. Keep working the weights but establish new goals like mobility (handstands, backbends, etc). You will continue in greatness for many years.

I had similar issue last year with the breathing and numbing of fingers / arm sensation. What it boiled down was my spine had quite a lot of strain. Way too much load, that it was under a deep stretch 24/7 stretching my back way too much which ended up contraction my chest muscle to much that ended up applying to much pressure on my lungs. I had to pull away from training for a tiny. When I resumed all, I was focusing on was external rotation of my shoulders and hyperextension of the spine. Look this was my issue not saying it's yours, but I understand that frightening feeling of not breathing. I woke up gasping for air for a solid 60 seconds then got a tiny bit back to open up my air ways. Crazy thing I had CAT scans , MRI scans , ultrasounds scans and nothing pulled up my issue. It stemmed from a muscle imbalance that ended up making surrounding muscles weak , tight and inflamed. Also struggling to breath ....
