Drivers drive with their doors open for a number of reasons. First is in the summer it gets very hot in the underground so they drive with their doors open for cooling. Second is tiredness. If drivers get slightly tired they open the door slightly to get a draught to keep them alert. Officially they are not allowed to drive with their doors open and the trains are designed to fail to move if one is open but there is a fuse that can be removed to allow the train to move with the door open.

picadilly line is the slowest piece of shit on the underground, apart from the metropoliran line but that is being upgraded so..

I know what you mean but if thay got in contact with London underground control room and asked them to turn of the power to the two conductor rail's than thay would be okay to do the job that needs doing.
