It would probably be first degree murder; he didn't directly kill Scott's parents, but he implemented the scenario that got them killed. Cartman warned Jenkins that "violent pony killers were in the area." Cartman also assumed that Scott wouldn't go there himself at the risk of having his dick bitten off, so he sent his parents. Jenkins spotted them trespassing, and the rest is history.

I am still grateful that I was able to see 200 and 201 when it came out because those are actually some of the best episodes of the series. I do encourage you to find them and watch them you self, they aren't necessarily hard to find you will just have to pirate them though because of reasons.

There was a time when reruns of South Park showed up on _network_ TV, specifically late nights on the CW network (channel 11 in NYC), albeit in a more censored form because network TV, and they reran 200/201 no less than four times during the syndication. Nux, you really have to either properly watch the episodes 200 and 201 or at least watch the uncensored ending speech. The speech is basically Kyle explaining how violence and terrorism are the only true way to accomplish anything. And then remember that this speech was censored and both episodes banned exactly because of the touchy subject of the muslim holy prophet Muhammad and the threats that were raised in response to it. Essentially proving the whole speech about violence correct. It's one of South Park's best moments and ending speeches, within the show and on a meta level.

Bringing back Cartman's brother as a sort of "Villain he created" nemesis on another episode would be super interesting. Like Cartman spends the whole episode trying to get/do a thing, being just on the cusp then getting blocked repeated, only to find out that it was Tenorman orchestrating the whole thing. The rest of the kids should not care in the slightest, and just act like Cartman is overreacting. "The Tenorman Conspiracy?"

What makes the comedy of this show amazing this the way the jokes are written into the plot. Mohammad gets censored because people drawing him is considered haram. People draw him anyway, typically in unflattering ways. I didn't realize these episodes were banned. I haven't watched much South Park, but I was real lucky to catch this gem as it was broadcasted. If I remember right, there was a big Muslim threat on the writers after episode 200. So they censored even Muhammad's name being said in 201 the following week. And the usual, "I think I learned something from this..." speech was completely censored.

The craziest thing about 200 and 201 getting banned over dhowing Muhammad is that South Park predicted it happening. I THINK it was in season 10, there's an episode called Cartoon Wars where Family Guy begins pushing the envelope of what is okay to make fun of on TV, culminating in the show airing an episode that gets censored at the last minute that features a cutaway gag with Peter meeting Muhammad, before eventually being aired uncensored despite terrorist threats. The episode was eventually heavily censored (though I was lucky enough to see it, Super Best Friends, 200, and 201 uncensored)
