No offence really but, you dont always need a high degree to succeed in life, it really depends on the goal you have, some people are happy with a average pay and that theyre able to eat and sleep in warm, others love wealth and want to have a luxury lifestyle, and even without a degree you can still have a luxury lifestyle if you work smart enough, rather than hard, with that being said the view of a degree being important doesnt change and is still necessary in a good chunk of cases, there is alot of ways to live your life is all im trying to say, a degree is not the only way

Pete, you have no idea how much I have improved in risk ever since I started watching your videos. I simply love to watch you play and am continually impressed by your skill at the game. I am sort of a board game geek, and I absolutely love to hardcore study chess. This is just another game that I can add to my list as a favorite. I never knew how much strategy there actually was in the game of risk till I watched your videos. I've already started to win several 6 player classic fixed games of risk. Keep up the great work! We are all so thankful for the time and effort you put in to this game and the content you create.

It seems as of late that I have had the best luck when taking a crappy cap in Russia as you did with a split orient. Yeah, you don't get the bonus but it's basically 2 free troops early that you don't have fight others for.

Pete, what do I do when some guy takes all of Australia turn one, i try to consolidate my armies afterwards, then he just attacks me anyways and the entire board just lets it happen and no one retaliates against him? I just guess I accept the loss and go next. Why cant these guys see the board state and realise taking my 2 cards on turn 3 isnt actually going to win them the game....

Two in a row where I get taken out on turn 3 because these guys just want to suicide their stacks on me and give my cards to the next player and lose the game.... I try to only go for free takes and keep my army count high but they cant help themselves... I wish I had intelligent opponents that have some sort of sense of self preservation instead of feeding themselves and me into the next player in rotation.

And i just hand another one. White took SA, Blue took Aus, so i decdided to take Africa. Magenta just su's me the turn after and Orange who had nothing takes me out and takes SA but white just trades in after and takes Aus and most of Asia, Africa and Europe and then turns in again to win the game a couple turns later. I cant hold it against orange because he just wanted to break bonus but why did he have to pick on the guy that just got a continent last turn instead of the guys that had continents for two turns.... it sure is frustrating to play against people who are happy to lose no matter what the outcome is.

I just avoid Australia like the plague and try to negotiate with that player in a friendly way so they don't target me

​@@TheKillPeteStrategy Yeah sorry for drunk posting so much but it is frustrating that I am trying to consolidate my armies outside of places like Aus and SA and waiting for turn 6/7 for the progressive kills but the enemy players just want to let someone get the advantage then just fight between themselves and letting the advantaged player get the free win. I just wish some of these guys had some sense of self preservation. Instead, it feels like most of my games are just handed to the player next to act after some idiot sues.

I'll always be undershooting when I'm playing anonymously in public lobbies. That's what the high-level tournament competitions are for. Trying to fill an all GM games in pubs on any settings is pretty much impossible. So I'm more interested in shooting fun, dynamic watchable games than demonstrating my ability to win via stalemate. @@harrisaxer2651
