You know what you inspired me a long while back when you published a free program on your website coupled with a few videos. The program was simple and golod but one thing I loved was a point you made on getting back in shape: forget about all those drinks supplement, just drink water. Pure water. It does not get any simpler than that but in these day and age that advice was gold!

If we are part of the same soul group, what is your soul telling you? We have all sorts of basic instincts that we as humans don't think of. Like when their is a change in weather, we know to seek shelter. Maybe you need to listen to your soul and have a good talk with God. I'm here to help but can only do so much, I think our soul group needs to help each other. It gets really hard to know when you are suppose to help me, when I'm suppose to help you, when we are suppose to help others, and when others are suppose to help us. ....And so on and on lol
