The really messed up thing is when your looks are bad and you ask why your dating life suck, everyone will say it's your personality. Family, friends, therapists will just say it's your confidence or energy. No one will just be honest with you.

Yeah, it's the uncomfortable truth that your friends, family and therapist don't want to tell you because they are trying to spare your feelings or gaslight you. My personality hasn't changed drastically from when I was overweight and bald, just my looks and it's a 1000% night and day difference. It's not your energy or confidence, it's 100% looks. I'm living proof of that.

The biggest discrimination in the world goes against ugly people. You can be black, white, Asian, Latino, if you are ugly they will discriminate against you in any country. For all the victim-hood people are trying to find to protest against, you will never see anybody complaining about ugly people being treated like crap. Even worst, in general, people assume is OK to mock, ridicule and discriminate against ugly men and women, even ugly kids get the raw end of the deal.

Unattractive here. There is an advantage to it: you learn how things really are. You are not bound by 'gratitude' and other shit towards mankind. It means you can evict elderlies out of their home when they owe you money. It means you don't need to give up your seat for the weak. "Well you're weak now, but 30 years ago you were hot and you were not there for me, why should I be there for you now". It's liberating.

Because by agreeing with the premise that looks matter, it means that they kinda have to go down the rabbit hole about a lot of other things. Women especially hate to admit this because they don't only want to be liked for mostly their looks, they have to believe that they are super interesting or that their boyfriend would still like them if they were uglier. Also means they have to admit they are shallow, which to be fair all humans are shallow, but women do not want to be considered shallow, because that lessens their social credibility.

I was super fat in college and girls didn’t want to date me. It was hella sad. When I lost massive weight, dressed well, made 6 figures, bought 3 cars and a nice home, it was easy getting dates and banging chicks. For real, for me personally I don’t think I’m ugly but at the same time I know I’m no model and that I am average. The kicker is that one of my really attractive friends keep giving me relationship advice…..that only works for him. The worst part is that no one is honest with you. I think I was overall quite blessed genetically, being 6'2 tall, having a high IQ, good sense of humour and robust immune system. However, no matter how much I compensate for my ugliness with making others laugh and being a good man, I am friend zoned, ridiculed behind my back, rarely given the benefit of the doubt, and even repellent to children ffs. It is very hard not to be cynical and bitter about such a fate. It feels like a curse.

Another factor that *massively* decreases a man's desirability is his blatant unwillingness to protect and provide. If he's in the 2-5 range to begin with (regardless of how many extra-points he gives himself), his new score could barely make him even a 1/10. Even if you have many features that aren't seen as desirable, it doesn't mean there is NO hope. If you're balding, its better to just cut it all off. Then you can at least have that bald/buff aesthetic going on after you hit the gym. Especially training your neck helps a lot, it makes your jaw more pronounced and makes you seem bigger overall. You can still have a good career and make good money which helps a lot. You can have a healthier lifestyle to have more energy and have a more positive attitude. But there are some things that are closer to being out of your control. Like facial deformities, severe acne, messed up teeth. Especially if you come from a poor family that can't afford things like braces when you are young to fix your teeth. For these things it is better to just ignore them. There is no point in worrying about what you can't change. Best of luck in your life :)

It all depends on what kind of "healthy" food you're talking about. Being vegan is considered "healthy" by a lot of "health experts" but when you look at vegan men, they look stunted. I'd recommend high quality meat like grassfed beef and lamb, pasture raised chicken, wild caught seafood etc. even though "health experts" want you to believe these are all not good for you. I have no idea what's causing your balding but it could possibly be from lack of sunlight exposure and too much masturbation, castor oil could help. Everything isn't always genetic. You're genes are expressed in response to the environment you grow up in. I just hate how incels make it out like it's over and there's nothing you can do when in reality you can improve if you put the effort in. I hope to share of my own plight with you. I am now 68-year-old retired senior and to this very day continue to receive the nastiest and regular insults even from my fellow retired senior citizens because of my appearance. There was a cover Time magazine story in the early 2010s on why parents favor one child over another and the #1 reason was looks (my own parents had nothing but loathing, neglect and disappointment for me). Wherever I go I'm regularly insulted, put down, eyes roll and faces grimace. Since COVID, I began wearing a mask and continue to do so now in all public places, including my apartment building. That way I'm not insulted or looked down upon for my looks. Sadly, I can say that in 68 years of living on this earth that I have never had a happy day in my life. With the advent of present day cosmetic surgery, I certainly would have undertaken an operation to deal with my looks. But, life has passed me by and it's too late to turn back. Minor cosmetic surgery should be considered. But for me, life has passed me by. I no longer go out in public.

Idk as a kid i was pretty scrawny and tall usually got mixed reactions to how i looked I had a lot of facial features that seemed pretty weird when youre young like a protruding brow and a big head for my skinny body Basically grew into my body and face and now those facial features seem to be more attractive as you age So for younger people maybe just hold out until youre older focus on yourself instead of what others think cause you're really only gonna get yourself into those negatives thought processes if you just keep focusing on that shit

I was attractive from 20 to 30 years old and I’m 6’1 and still couldn’t get a date no women wanted to be with me I was put in the friends zone I think it was because of my personality I was friendly and kind maybe if I was a asshole and jerk they would have accepted me. Let's also remember this part though: others being skeptical of a person ≠ automatically unattractive. Just as being attractive ≠ automatic reception from others. Physical attraction has just as many cons (if not more), as it does pros. Exp: 1. He's hot, he must get all the ladies (player). Via the Halo Effect, it's assumed that you're either taken or sexually indiscriminate/promiscuous. 2. He's hot, but he's not extroverted (stuck up). You must feel you're above others because you don't trip over yourself to be the center of attention. 3. He's hot, but he's a little too passionate while speaking of himself (arrogance). Because everyone can see your positive traits, briefly bringing up anything positive about yourself is 'self-aggrandizing'. As if you're just saying it to brag. It's not enough that everyone stares at him and usually thinks highly of him. Now he has to discuss the progress he's making in this area of life? Now he's just rubbing it in. Remember guys, being attractive= stupid, arrogant, vain, self centered, life on easy mode, poor character, and more. Can't be the opposite of those negative traits while being physically attractive. 4. He's hot, but he has very little in common with others (weirdo). If you're a neurodivergent Chad, you'll have to fake your personality. Very common occurrence amongst social outcasts who have a glow up later in life. 5. He's hot, yet to him, productivity and ACTUALLY getting shit done> Hitting on every woman in sight (gay). Mens sexual desire towards women is paramount. Nothing else should matter. You don't like women if anything does. 6. He's hot, and all the women seem to be looking at him/vying for his attention. Meanwhile, we have to be fake, and go above and beyond just to get somewhat normal treatment. Hey guys, let's feign our friendship with that dude in hopes we'll get the same attention by being around the hot guy. And if that fails, we'll passive aggressively try and embarrass the hot guy in order to look like a better choice to the ladies (competition). Posturing in order to impress women is what we do as men. A liar would say that HUMAN HISTORY hasn't proven this, but it is in fact our modus operandi. If you're hot, to a point where you can just 'stand there' and look good (women's words not mine) and women come up to you, AND you can't relate to the guys? Oh yeah, things are going to get very weird. Get ready. 7. He's hot. And I'm constantly seeing women flirting/hitting on him. I'm attracted to him as well, but acting weird/ needlessly standoffish towards him completely unprovoked should prove I'm not attracted. (Women's unorthodox attempt at qualifying themselves for the hot guy). I've found that there's at least one woman that behaves like this in any environment where all the women are super cool to me, but there's that one woman who goes out of her way to try to prove that shes not attracted, as if she was asked. I remember a few times at work and in Boxing where I'd be conversing with people throughout the day, and there's that one chick who's constantly checking me out, invading my personal space, etc. just for her to act an ass the moment I try and talk to her. Clearly they just wanted the validation. And not getting it had them bent out of shape. 8. Every man around me seems to pedestalize me. Except for that one guy, who's constantly being bombarded by other women who like him. He won't simp for me like the other guys, and my inability to accept the very real, painfully obvious truth about that makes me hate him. So I'll give him attitude every time he interacts with me. (Women not properly handling rejection). There's plenty of times where you see the one chick that's surrounded by dudes, and they're all doing any and everything they can to impress her. Then there's you, just doing your own thing. If she takes the slightest interest in you, you have to act how she wants you to (ie, being insulted yelled at, talked down to etc. while overextending yourself to please her). A Lot of those examples covers the other side of what I have to deal with. And I'm sure other attractive men, the honest ones at least, can confirm at least one or more of those examples happening to them on a daily basis. Milk and Honey aren't the only things available in the world of 'Chad and Tyrone' (I'm seen as a Tyrone). There's also Blue Cheese and Castor Oil.

No one liked me when I was younger. Later in my life at 30 more mature features, stable, a decent beard, and married women now want to approach me or give me attention. Weirdly, some women could care less until they know you’re married, then they act interested lol Yeah, I’m really going to ruin my marriage for you gtfooh. Well it depends on how you look, do you have a more boyish looking estrogenic face or do you lean more towards masculine?? If it's the first then yes, it's a death sentence to have a skull like that, you'll never look like Justin Bieber which is a prime example of an estrogenic boy face man that attracts teen girls and women on birth control.
