Here for this!!! Love Dawn Dickson and her forays into the real estate game on the continent. She keeps it a buck which is what millions of African entrepreneurs need to master.

The poise. The confidence. The BARS! Chef's kiss. Excellent interview Derick and Dawn. What I love the most about Dawn is that she does not gate keep information. The Good book tells us, iron sharpens iron, and Dawn does this for me everytime. Some of the key take aways and reminders from this interview include: Giving before you ask, knowing your worth; always trust God because He lives within and knows everything and when we deviate, we suffer; Ask for what you want and be very clear whether it be with investors or God!

I wish all students in Ghana will subscribe to your channel. Great information. Great learning experience. This will prove to them that all things are possible. Prove to them that we should not just be complainers but also problem solvers.
