I woke up at 6:40 am this morning and I got out of bed to go to the gym. I actual watched this video while I was working out. Depending on what your goals are, home workouts may only take you so far, but in general, if you’re pretty new to working out, home workouts are a great place to start! 🙌🏼 What are your current fitness goals?

Walk around your house, around your neighborhood, the mall, your local department store, or around your workplace! You definitely don’t need to go to the gym to get in your steps! 🙌🏼

There’s so much that goes into this! 🤯 In general, if you’re not gaining weight, you’re not eating enough food!
