Hey, strong friends!
Today, we'll be doing a 20 minute full body workout using dumbbells that can easily be done at home or in your own little corner at the gym.
This workout is perfect for beginners to intermediates and will target your legs and booty, chest, back, and a little bit of arms as well.

While this workout can definitely get you one step closer to your goals, keep in mind that building muscle comes through being consistent with your workouts and nutrition over time.

DB-ONLY FULL BODY:
A) DB Squats | 12 reps
B) Bent-Over DB Rows | 12 reps
C) DB Chest Flyes | 12 reps
D) Stationary Lunges | 12 reps/leg
E) Rest for 1-2 minutes
Repeat a-e for a total of 4x.
