Feels like perfect timing. I’ve had to stop working out all summer cause the heat had been affecting my chronic conditions, making me very sick. I’m finally okay enough to go back to gym and it’s going to feel like starting from zero. This is a good reminder to stay determined :)

Omg I’m returning to the gym after my hypothyroidism is finally under control and the summer heat isn’t killing me as well (dysautonomia kills me). Wishing you the best, I’m excited to finally get back to exercising.

I'm heading to the gym next Monday, I've been running the marathons but have never been to the gym before, so I'm quite skinny and lean. I'm looking to grow some muscle in my body, and I want to keep running. How should I balance out doing cardio and weight training without losing muscle? (I heard that doing too much cardio is bad for muscle growth.)

Hi Naomi, i'm very respect your step by step video, i want to loose 10kg and i'm wonder should i have full body workout the whole ealry time and then divide upper and lower later after loose some weight. Is it okay or i need to divide upper, lower and full body to 3 days a week the whole journey? Hope to see your respond❤

@@AlexCruz-c9f What is valuable to me is building and maintaining a community for my babes where they can come and feel seen, loved, accepted, and most importantly, not judged, for wherever they may be along their fitness journey. While I believe health and wellness should be prioritized for all, it looks different on everyone. When my babes come to my channel, I hope that they never feel like they need to be a specific size or shape in order to be healthy and beautiful. If I am accomplishing that, I’m happy. ☺️
