Hey Naomi, love your videos. may I ask why you didn’t increase the sets for bicep curls and triceps extensions to 4 sets each for week 3 and 4?? Since you increased to 4 sets for all other exercises

Starting my first session today. This video really motivated me and helped me out with doubts as a first timer! Thank you so much ❤. Shall update how it goes. . Day 1 (25/06/2024) I did the upper body workout today. I felt great starting off with the warm up and a few stretches. Every exercise that followed felt challenging, and I felt less and less energy every consecutive step. I decided to take slightly longer breaks and stretch and found that it helped me personally. My shoulders ache 😭 but it was worth it.

My biggest issue with this exercise is that the headrest seems to always be super high, while my feet keep sliding forward so it turns into some extreme balance thing. It's much easier for me to have my shoulders on the floor rather than trying to get them to hold onto the bench...😅
