Hi there. Love this helpful video. I go to a teeny, tiny gym that doesn’t have bar bells so I’m looking for something replicate a deadlift. Can I do that with the Cable Machine do you think? Thanks.

Is it possible to buy a machine that can help me to practice squatting excercise at home, be cause l have obesity & mobility problem and l have no been able to go to the gym since l had the operation on my thigh. Pls help me The squatting exercises has helped to strengthen mey feet before I went for an operation .

Love "Bose" sound but hate Bluetooth and their harmful Opto Electronics. I use wired headphones. Don't forget the gloves; you can really tear up your hands... P.S. every woman looks good in a sport bra:)
