Before I watch this and since it's gonna be 2020 soon, I just wanna say how damn proud I am of Ashley. I only started watching her at the beginning of this year but her channel has gotten more and more successful as time has gone on, she's stayed so relatable, humble and strong headed, she's the perfect role model for many young girls, she's done so much for herself, she fast tracked her degree and graduated in 2 1/2 years and still ran her channel and then launched a super successful jewellery collection as well as being an editor for other channels and selling her own clothes. Ashley is a super human. Her videos are a level above any others, they're always crafted to the highest of standards and you can tell the effort she puts in, I mean she handwrites her title slides!!! Her editing style, fashion taste and realistic personally has inspired many and will continue to do so. Can we all just take a moment to appreciate this girl, she deserves an award, or a big bowl of cereal at least. What a legend.

Honestly there is something so incredibly refreshing and empowering about watching other women just DO things like making/flipping clothes, building furniture, painting, like even just adding wallpaper (or how satisfying it was to watch rip that closet shelf off the wall). But yeah it was meant to describe Asian people, but it’s really generalizing cuz “eastern” could be Asians, those of Hindi descent, middle easterners, etc. and yeah it’s pretty obvious those are not all synonymous cultures.

my parents just decided to move to russia and leave me(their 16 year old daughter) alone in my home country germany. i cried out my eyes the last days and started to fall back in a depression episode. the thought of living alone in an one and a half bedroom apartment with knowing my family kinda get rid of me make made me sobber like sh!t. now it‘s 1am, and i‘m watching this video which actually motivates me to keep going and also decorate my own apartment so i could actually handle it mentally to live alone. dayom i overshared, but nice video💕

Ashley, even though you're extremely KZbin successful now, it still feels like my favorite KZbinr is a secret friend that only I know. Thanks for everything you've made over the past 4 years or so. You motivate me to pick up my room. Among many other things. I don't have the ambition or desire for extreme interior design, or sewing, or video making, or makeup, even fashion much anymore, but I love how you inspire me to do things as simple as, for example, be proud of myself for keeping a journal for the past six or seven years. It feels weird to type this shit in a KZbin comment but, in many ways, you are a balance to how I feel I am. You're good at a lot of the working-type of stuff that I really slack on, and I'm better at giving myself a break. In your recent videos this year (2020), I've really been amazed to see how much you've grown up. I'm a couple years younger than you are but you went through college and everything at a pretty accelerated rate, and so you really are someone that so many of your followers can see as both an experienced grownass woman and a fellow peer just trying to make it in the world. You deserve the world!

your independence is extremely inspiring. you're literally out here living my childhood dream of owning a beautiful apartment, working a great job, being educated, and still staying humble and personable. you really need to stop being hard on yourself, man. it's a little sad to see, because you're such a huge role model for so many women and girls out here. you've helped me MAJORLY with finding my own style and confidence. when I watch your videos, I pretty much live vicariously from them. it gives me hope for my own future. thanks for everything. please don't ever change for the worse like so many other promising youtubers. (just keep doing what you're doing! it's been working wonderfully so far!!)
