Good, in-depth review. Thanks. I'm currently looking at buying a bigger car for my partner and it has come down to BAIC or the HAVAAL H6. I think, apart for the power output, this BAIC is in the lead, but only just. Will have to do some more research.

Performance is better than VW Tiguan...I test drove the two...just amazing. Remember engine is a Mercedes engine

I feel you will oay R429k plus on this car just to hear the soukd of the sport mode lol. My opinion. Lovely car, looks very similar to an evoque. But ngl i lose respect when i see beijing. Pretty sure it has something with pre conceives notions of chinese cheapness. Also that cupholder looks more like it can only hold triangular cups and i think its pretty annoying to wait those few seconds for the electric boot to close. For that price, i still feel the t cross or toyota cross is better. Might have less features and not as spacious, but you getting an established brand with good solid material and feel.

I don't like people who suggest these "affordable" cars because they are low quality and unreliable. They look good sure but that's where it ends. Buying cheap can be expensive
