I have a 2002 E39 which I coded many functions like seat belt chimes off and airconditioning on recirculate as default. But now it can't code special functions anymore

honestly it paid for itself for me. i registered my new battery with it , cleared a software error that had my contour seat massagers deactivated for almost a year i fixed all this in 5 minutes with this code reader. imagine what the dealer would have charged me also they would have made me replace unnecessary parts to fix it i bet. i paid $130 for the scanner. mercedes would have charged atleast $150 for a diagnostic and ripped me off by replace stuff thats not broken and sofware issues all thats a rip off just buy this first

no its not a purchase charge its a suggested charged when scanning those items and that's referring to the red one the older model which I use

You don't have to pay for those most launch products you do that's cause your stuff isn't the oroffesibak grade hardware otherwise it's once a year after the trial ends

@@BurninGas8.1 I meant other tools you said launch products but the high end x431 models don't get free updates after 2 yrs it's subscription. Based as I am a distributer
