Learn how to make a fiery pepper oil Caribbean style, with simple step by step instructions from Chris De La Rosa of CaribbeanPot.com Based on a recipe for making oily peppersauce my dad would use... this version is slightly different, but just as delicious.
#pepperoil #chilioil #spicy

1 star anise
teaspoon allspice
teaspoon mustard seeds
tablespoon coriander seeds
2 - 2 1/2 cups veg oil

Previous month I managed to pull my first five figure income ever!!! I've been working for this provider over the web for 2 years now and I never been happier... They are paying me $95 per hour, and the most desirable thing about it is the fact that I am not really that tech-savvy, they only required standard insight into internet and key typing skill...Great thing about this is that now I have more time for my loved ones. I am in a position to dedicate quality time with my friends and family and take care of my babies and also going on holiday vacation together with them very often. Don't ignore this chance and try to respond rapidly. This is what I do... *worth48.com*

Thanks, Chris De La Rosa...I grow my own peppers and it's harvest time. I used mostly malaguetas peppers red and green, in the Caribbean, they're called birds eye peppers. The malaguetas give it a rich deep almost smoked flavor with an after-thought type of heat. **Save the seasoning herbs, put them in food processor to make a smooth paste to marinate various meats and fowl for the grill.

@stevewatt5268
@stevewatt5268 4 жыл бұрын
Hi Rae-Ann...all I did was slice the Scotch Bonnet peppers (including seeds) into small pieces and put them un a wide mouth sealer-type jar. I packed the jar with as many as I could get in...pushing them down with a potato masher...then poured Mount Gay Eclipse into the jar until it was full. Seal the lid and leave... If I made something that I wanted to heat up a little...I just spooned off the liquid and added as much as I needed. You can always top it up once the liquid is down a bit and also use the peppers themselves too. Lasts forever...

Coconut oil will get hard when it cools so you will have a paste instead of oil. I say it is your choice. If you choose coconut oil you will have to stir it occasionally as it cools to keep the pepper from sinking and the coconut oil floating on top.

Mustard oil may pose a serious risk because it contains high levels of erucic acid. In 2016, the FDA issued a warning that mustard oil is not safe to use in cooking because of its high erucic acid content. This means that the FDA do not permit its use as a cooking oil in the United States. Just goggled.🤔
