My only question is how serious would a employer take your degree? I'm assuming there are professors involved in WGU? And that's how they would make their money and why it's so cheap? The reliability of the degree seems questionable how many of the graduates actually land a job?

TESU grad here! WGU was a school I considered before TESU however they didn't have the degree and class offerings I wanted. TESU is more expensive compared to WGU however I paided less with testing out of classes and tuition then my sister did for her in state community college associates. TESU does also offer a lot of transfer options that are beyond testing out and have a lot more options for degrees if you want something less common. I did also use straighterline too! So glad more people are hearing about this.

Aight bro, I gotchu. We'll be more specific as we go. First of all, STEM. If it ain't STEM, don't study. BS> BA, with exceptions. [Low-tier]: Will require grad school to make money. Competitive [Mid-tier] : May require if you're not competitive in undergrad. Competitive. [High-tier]: Doesn't require grad school. Extremely competitive tho. Next: Wanna make money quick(immediately after bachelors)? [High-tier]Comp sci, data analytics, etc. Bootcamps are ok, recruiters have caught on now. Wanna feel extremely satisfied while still making money? [High-tier/Mid-tier] Healthcare, practical healthcare like RN. The other ones will require TIME. [High-tier]ENGINEERING: Its own tier,. Hit-or-miss, depends on how competitive you can be. [Low-tier]Mathematics/Physics: Nope, don't even. Too much work for too little pay. Money will be in QUANT or finTECH. [Low-tier]Life sciences: Lowest-tier of STEM but easy to shift around careers. My two cents: Biological sciences(chem, biochem, bio) will be the future, bcos it seems the next step for humanity is either space or cyborgification(not the cool sci-fi type, more realistic). The lowest-tier for STEM is more competitive than the arts. If you're still not sure, drop out and do a trade. 6-figures in 2 years atleast.

He went to a traditional four year I believe but thank you for this information, I have two kids and if I can fast track the 6 classes I need for nursing plus clinical work that would be great! I am confused on how clinical would go with the nursing degree…wondering if they’d contact a hospital for me for clinical or if I would be responsible for talking a hospital I to letting me complete clinical there.
