Great idea, I may build the same but use wood blocks for spacers. I will also cut a hole in the plywood for the dust collection port when the extension is in the down position.

Have the same saw. I made a table on wheels but have to lock the wheels when using as an outfeed table.

Great video and idea as I just bought this same saw. Thank you!!! Any update on how this is working out and if there are problems? Would one benifit from the longer brackets like 18" or 20". Or a downside to doing those?

It's has been working out great this far, the longer bracket doesn't make a difference, you just want to make sure it doesn't tip over with heavier items
