The music in this movie is absolutely perfect! My favorite food movie of all time. I’ve made damn near every dish shown in this movie and the Cubano is hands down my favorite.

You will be amazed at just how many young chefs this film connected with, as someone else commented the TV series was great, seeing a chef show that he copied el Jefes knife tattoo on his arm, and showing just how it flipped mentality where people were trying to do their own thing rather than just work the line. My 7 Yr old daughter and I have promised each other that we will travel from London to Orleans when she is older, all down to this film.

21:18 Scottie Pippen slander will not be tolerated. Not only did Scottie Pippen, in his only season on the Bulls without MJ, destroy Jordan’s WAR stat by double digits. He won ASG MVP and finished 5th in MVP voting. The only thing that stopped him that season was Phil Jackson’s love of Toni Kukoc and MJ’s legacy. But bro was named to the 50 all time greats with just 6 seasons under his belt. Crazy.

Two things: - This movie made me try my 1st grilled cheese - This movie reminds me of my Dad. He wasn't a chef, but he loved to cook like this. Surprise me with different foods and recipes. Made the BEST sandwiches 😊
