Those look amazing. I currently have Katz GF pop tarts. It was 6 bucks for only FOUR pop tarts…. NOT worth the money. Yours look sooooo much better! I’m sure they taste better and are healthier. I am going to try this soon. No frosting on the top for me though. QUESTION: you mentioned the flour was your blend all purpose flour…. Is that different than your blend of bread flour?
