Hi Sir, Within 24 months you get free replacement. After 24 month to 48 months there are different discount ranges you can check directly in exide web. Or you asking about how many days it takes to get new battery while claiming warranty?

Hi, we get brand new battery with 0 Rs. You no need to pay even for process or fitting (sometimes they ask 10 Rs upto 50 rs for fitting)

Yes, you'll get brand new battery until the time it's in warranty period after calculations and deduction of pro rata basis.

Sir I got a battery & it was not working properly within few (2-3) months. They asked for warranty card & Ireplaced after sending. But after that they didn't give me any bill when I asked. Now again battery is found fault withing 24 months. But now he lies saying he had guveb me invoice print. How can I get now

Hi priyanka, in simple words, they cheated you. For all the replacements they must provide new invoice from starting that day so that new warranty begins from that day. Just write a mail to exide that you're going to book a cheating case against the shop and company where you bought battery last time and let's see if they are going to replace it with free of cost or not.

Sir I have sl. No. & product box I kept safely till now since they didn't give me any proof. With product sl. No is it possible to download any invoice bills?

Check in exide website and once forward that serial number to exide using email and ask them to provide proof of sale to check if it's sold on your name or other.

Depends on how battery get weak. It don't cover damages but only if battery gets weak like I say not charging or some crack from inside.

Hi Abhinav sir, it'll be like. Within 2 years battery get weak: 100% discount means free replacement. From 25th month to 27th month: you have to pay 50% for replacement. From 28th to 30th months: 45% discount From 31st to 33 months: 40% discount From 34 to 36 months: 30% discount From 37 to 39 months: 25% discount From 40 to 42 months: 20% discount From 43 to 48 months: 15% discount. These discount will be calculated based on new purchase battery.
