I dont want a guy that I habe to tell him to communicate with me more often. If he doesn't want to text ot call me I certainly don't want to push him to. Omg girl! Same crap happened to me 7 years ago with a guy I use to really like. Led me on, hung out a few times, always texted me first to just BAM he stopped messaging me, he ignored me for days before giving me an answer as to why he was ignoring me. He finally answered almost a week later confessing *I can see us together for a while but not forever and from what I know about you YOU need someone better than me* But he would still randomly reach out to me talking about his day, leading me on again. Nice long paragraph like he still cared but once I responded he'd just leave it at *read* and I wouldn't hear from him again for months. He even stood me up 3 times. 5 months of it and I finally said to myself *FUCK IT.. he doesn't want me? Well somebody else will* I never bothered with him again and moved on and fell in love with another guy 2 months later and been together 6 years now. He tried coming back 4 different times but I told him everytime calmly that I wasn't into him anymore. Narcissist assholes never want the girl until she becomes a chase again. You're not alone. And please forgive me for the long summary. Your story just hit close to home with me. Dont make the mistake I did by letting that continue bc it will as long as you allow it. I made the mistake by letting it go on for 5 months. You can do better. You didn't lose him. He lost you. Don't forget that.

I'm fine with parting ways even though I love him, but he contacted me through my work phone not understanding why I cut him off. Either accept he doesnt want a relationship and continue to stay only friends or let him go if it's too much for you to handle without temptation of letting him use you. Either way he made up his mind he doesn't want anything more. Believe him. A guy did the same thing to me and I convinced myself I could change his mind and it never happened all he wanted out of me was FWB but I wanted more and he knew that. But once he understood how much I really liked him he told me we had to stop, and told me he didnt want more than friends. This guy just text me Good Morning and Good Night every day. He use to text more, call me, video chat etc but then he just only text me Good Morning and Good Night very rarely anything else. It's very boring , I can't understand his game and Idk if I should just ignore him or not. Sidenote: We are long distance and can't explore us being more right now due to the pandemic.
