Fibers are not an essential nutrient so they shouldn’t be the first thing you eat. Basically- you shouldn’t eat them, as they cause more problems than benefits. Check Dr Zoe Harcombe for more scientific info about that.

@@jamesgazeleycan you show any studies that support this? When one is sick with digestive issues, we are told to eliminate all foods aside from meat and fat then slowly add all other foods as tolerated. Why is this? If you have crohns or ulcerative colitis you cannot tolerate fibre. There are essential protein and fats but never essential carbs or fibre. It’s time we open our minds to the fact we have been lied to. Look up Dr Anthony Chaffee or Dr Ken Berry for more info. In regards to satiety, fat receptors in the gut tells us we are satisfied 🩵
