Also, I have a doubt regarding the stamp duty quote given by the solicitor, I have asked them to check the quote twice, and they are saying that it is the correct quote provided. Still, I'm sure in the future date they might come back and say, I need to pay more stamp duty, how to deal with that circumstances? the mistake is clearly made by solicitors.

You need to discuss with your solicitors. In the event in the future there was an issue you’d need to seek legal advice.

It is difficult to say without knowing your affordability and how much you intend to spend on the card etc. To be on the safe side, probably best to avoid.
