I say this as somebody that has been going to the gym for 25 years, you are one of a kind! In a market where everybody is a "personal trainer" and an "influencer", your voice has resonated with me in ways that I haven't felt a KZbin video speaking to me before. Thank you, thank you for having something for everybody, for inspiring women to get stronger, for being kind and understanding and for breaking down everything to the most minute detail. You are a superstar.

I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm-neither hot nor cold-I am about to spit you out of my mouth. You say, ‘I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked. Which is being a lukewarm. If we are neither cold or hot, God will spit us out his mouth. Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders 10nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16 Proverbs 11:2 “When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom. ” Proverbs 16:5 “The LORD detests all the proud of heart. Be sure of this: They will not go unpunished. Proverbs 16:18 “Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before before a fall. Genesis 1:26-27 - “Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth. Jesus is coming back soon!! Repent and believe!! Jesus loves you and wants a relationship with you 🫶🏽 Plis read revelation 3:15-18 on google if you don’t have a Bible. (Exodus 20:7) You shall not invoke the name of the LORD, your God, in vain. Please don’t use Gods name in vain, it’s dangerous Has a nation ever changed its gods? (Yet they are not gods at all.) But my people have exchanged their glorious God for worthless idols. Jeremiah 2:11) having idols of any kind isn’t good 🙅‍♀️ Shall a man make gods unto himself, and they are no gods? As a man, I'm very impressed by the depth and quality of your content in a male dominated domain. I have a female friend who is starting to workout and when I searched KZbin all I could find was boatloads of male content. When I specifically searched for female content I stumbled upon your channel. Outstanding content!!! I find your breakdown of form much better than any male I follow. Also, your honesty and vulnerability are endearing. Keep up the brilliant work!!! :)

Because of you, I got the confidence to go into the gym and eat food! I appreciate you so much. My health has improved tremendously. Not to mention, I went to the doctor and asked, "why are women more prone to osteoporosis?" It's because quite a few women do not lift weights which helps our bone density! I used to want ot be a certain size, eat a certain amount of calories, and look a certain way. I've been following you since 2016. You've been drilling eating well (and enough!), consistent weight training, and rest into my head for the past 6 years. I've been doing that and focusing on longevity. I'm in such a better place mentally, emotionally, and physically because of you. Love you.! Also, please come do more meet ups in the US. Dying to meet you!

When I wrote my workout plan after not working at for a while I prioritized what I truly enjoyed and loved. And I love working out my upper body more than my lower body. So I wrote a plan with two upper body days and one lower. Since I have access to free classes (on university campus) I left those other days for rest or a class. It truly helped me get back to it and enjoy it. And I remember years ago watching your videos and saying wow that beautiful woman has some awesome shoulders. You were the first person I really watched for fitness and I am happy I still watch you.

You had me in the first half, not gonna lie. I’d also like to add that your body SHAPE is determined by your bone structure and where you store fat. I have a pear shaped body. I will never have an hourglass body with my large hips and very petite upper body. Anyway, still love your content and it seems like you alluded to this anyway. You’re someone who got me into fitness in the first place and now I just finished my cert to become a personal trainer! So excited.

I came to this workout because I naturally have an hourglass shape and wanted to do exercises to maintain it and tighten it up some but that speech at the beginning!!!!!! I was in my bathroom screaming. Yes! Eff the trends! I absolutely love it.

Yes and that is the right way to do a DB press a 45 degree angle instead of a 90 degree angle for better ROM

I am 10 weeks into the strong program and I am loving it so far!! Before using the app your youtube videos were where I'd get my workout inspiration from and now I have everything in one place and know exactly what I am supposed to do. I have noticed changes already in my physique and also my strength! So awesome. I have a few suggestions though for the app/the strong program: - The full body circuits are difficult to do in a busy gym. I need to swap out so many exercises or just do a normal workout instead because I cannot take up so many machines/dumbbells etc. at once. I know it is easy to swap but I think that shouldn't be the point. It would be cool to have the option to make it a circuit or not. - I don't really like that the exercises change so often. But maybe that is just my personal taste. I trust Krissy on this. - It would be so cool if it was possible to add 1 exercise to every workout. I just add it in anyways but it would be nice to see it in the plan as well.

I am doing the strong program and really enjoy it. I do wish you would add in more ab exercises to go with any program/set. For example, super set any ab workout with another normal exercise.

krissy I love you so much. you dont understand how much articles like that would lowkey affect me. I would act like I didnt care but I would think about it a lot and it would affect my eating and the way I would look at myself in the mirror. Since I stumbled into your vids I literally felt a weight being lifted up from my shoulders and started looking at food and training like the biggest blessing and most beautiful choice I can make every day with my body and mind

Hi Krissy, I'm 1.78m tall, 86kg and have broad shoulders and wide hips. I followed some of your arms and back workouts and noticed muscles forming, however my aim is to lose weight and have a slender slim physique. Could you do a video on workouts will help me achieve that as I worry I might get too 'muscular' doing wrong workouts not meant for my type. thanks a million!

Actually finished lower body strong about a month ago (completed intermediate strong program before) … and Im loving it ! Just wish (lower body strong) was longer. Continuing with the advanced. Feel like Im always learning and have improved my form so much just by showing up week after week. I already know my compound moves and know that they will keep showing up.

Well, trying to buy something in Oner Active prove to be...almost imposible, I wanted leggings and they are already out. Mmm I don't know just like a tipp, you will have to launch a bit more standard size: S,M,L because now you can only get xs or xl,etc. I saw your videos about how complicated is to create and have your own gym wear, hat off to you, but I think for the future more standard size and up, must of us are regular or in the curvy side of life than in the XS, no bad critic intented, just thinking out loud. Thanks for all you and your team do, is incredible! Hugs from Switzerland
