Good one. Best back exercises set. The deadlift seems to be Romanian deadlift. I felt they target mainly the lower body.

The bar during lat pull-down should not be released until starting position aft each rep since you don't wanna keep activating the scapula which is already activated when you pull the bar until halfway down. Good info tho, it's always great to see a woman into fitness💛
