Thank you. When you pay for the gym. Thy don't care what you or don't know whether you do the right thing or not. Thy just look at you!! Many ppl at the gym dont know what thy are doing. Thy just copy others. Thank you

I did ths workout 2 weeks back.i felt so gooooodd.I felt strong too. Today again i m gonna repeat ths. I hv lower back issue bt ths workout helped me in tht region. This indeed is the best workout n my 1st fav now.

interesting points ,if anyone else is searching for is searching for yoga fitness plan try Jadonite Yoga Fitness Buddy (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my co-worker got cool success with it.

I love your new gym routine. Please... do more videos in gym with equipment. I have a gym carnet, personal trainer in my city is very expensive, so i am very shy in gym because i dont know what i should do at machines, how started first, how weight i need (beginner).

Good one. Best back exercises set. The deadlift seems to be Romanian deadlift. I felt they target mainly the lower body.

The bar during lat pull-down should not be released until starting position aft each rep since you don't wanna keep activating the scapula which is already activated when you pull the bar until halfway down. Good info tho, it's always great to see a woman into fitness💛

Yeah she kinda does it weird. Lowerback should be stable. Plus with my trainer we did it on leg day.
