Very tasty! My mum ( in Scotland) used to make these with minced beef but no soy sauce, just salt and pepper. And sometimes with cold roast beef. Eaten with baked beans in tomato sauce. Not sure if you get these in Japan. Your English is very good and I love the Japanese cuisine.
