it's been a really long time since I've seen such a meaningful and clear video, connecting the dots of what we all know: losing ourselves and sm, and how to deal with those. important for everyone, not only the "multies" (I was struck by lightning many times when I read the famous book "One Thing". I didn't know then that there were people with a different perspective, I felt overwhelmed by the dominant narrative, I thought it was the only one and I was just lazy and indecisive). so, double big thanks!

This definitely resonated with me and I felt so seen! There are a lot of tips I knew that helped me, such as writing my cluttered thoughts down and visualizing them, but I never make time for them! I usually turn to social media instead of journaling because it's easier than facing my emotions- and also because it's an awful habit 😅 I think I'll aim to rewire my brain this year to delve into the millions of hobbies I want to explore instead of guilty doom scrolling 💯 Thanks for making this video and sharing your experiences and advice! 😁

That’s why having a separate multipassionate notebook helps me, especially with all the new ideas I have popping up in my brain, haha, it’s nice to have a little place just for that chaotic part of me! The algorithm has brought me here. And I almost didn’t click - that would be a shame. I like your approach very much! You have mentioned gamification: I am at the very beginning of trying to gamefy my life - and I don’t even play any games… Could you consider to make a video how to set it up for dummies? I have always seen myself as a allrounder in a way that corresponds with „multipassionates“. As I am slowly getting closer to the end of my professional life I can confirm there a career possibilities for multipassionates! Sometimes it might be advantageous to claim „expertise“ in one of our strong fields, but be sure a multipassionated expert is always appreciated. 😉

Gamifying doesn't have to be just for the gamers, it's all about utilizing extrinsic motivation to get stuff done, and I think it's a great tool, especially for busy multipassionates!
