What sort of power can you push out the factory unopened Sr20det, I had a 180sx with a factory sr20det that had multiple problems, thrown rocker arms, spun bearing… was just curious if the Sr that came with the S15 is more stronger than early model sr

Idc what anyone says, the S15 is better than the R34 GTR and it looks better too. This is one of favorite JDM cars next to the FTO and 3000GT.

@@chaseteter Styling, design, RWD. GTR just AWD which is why people like them. It's not a very good looking car like the S15 is and besides they are rarer and underrated.

Great build, really dope car. Adaption plates for transmissions not meant for the motor, always vibrate and rattle. Turned into a no no for me.

Gearbox not changing into third easily would not make me happy loosing races and lining back up at the drags cause you keep missing third gear , after all that money spent , it’s not monster plenty of 350rwkw s15 around Sydney , it’s a good set up built motor by msm , I’d upgrade the turbo to make the most of the engine build and fuel set up , then go Th400 or sequential box , but as the owner says all in hindsight, and money ofcourse! Then that car would be putting the power down , until he’s sick of getting beating by gtr’s and he goes down the rabbit hole again 💸
