I feel like joyboy is a giant and zunesha is his pet. It would also mean joyboy is the owner of the giant straw hat. Zunesha was forced to walk for hundreds of years because of a grave crime the elaphant had commited .I think the crime was being the pet of joyboy and the people persecuting him where the WG. I'm sure someone else has already commented about this, but the theory about Nami having some secret ability usually relates to how easily she's able to sense changes in weather. Even in the East Blue arc she was able to make storm and wind predictions with an absurd level of observation. It could easily be waved away as a byproduct of being an exceptional navigator, but some see it as a hint of some hidden power.

It could be possible that Kuina is Tashigi, because she could have presumably survived and due to the injury, lost her memory. Then she got out of the coffin (could be false since its unknown if her coffin was buried or not) and because she didnt remember anything, she was too scared to even go and find anyone around. She later left the island and after some time she joined the Navy. She still was a swordsman after her injury but not as skilled. And the name "Tashigi" is just a name she made for herself

I think SWORD is a Garp and Sengoku collaboration. Both stepped down and took honorary positions, the Marines ways of telling them, you can take it easy, but you stay here where we can see you. It's a good thing they've been cultivating Marines more loyal to Justice than the World Government for years. Corazon was definitely SWORD. my take on King's race is that of a Quilin an asian unicorn this creature looks like a cross between a deer and a dragon with a single horn and a mane of flame likened to an angels halo. These creatures often appear that the death or the birth of a illustrious ruler which is in this case the death of Kozuki Oden and the Quilin are the only creature said to be superior to the mythical phoenix which in terms of the Wano arc is Marco and the Quilin in only a close second to that of the dragons which fits King's role in that of Kaido's second-in-command.

Man, I underestimated how insane some people can be; some of these theories can either be hilarious or downright weird. Though I was definitely anticipating some like the evil Shanks and Croco-mom theories. And on that note, I feel compelled to share some ideas I have so far: Instead of Ivankov changing Crocodile from a woman to a man and Crocodile possibly being Luffy's mom or whatever, I like to think that Crocodile's horrible secret is simply that he once challenged Whitebeard in the past and lost, resulting in Whitebeard cutting off Crocodile's left hand, which is why he now has his golden hook. Why would Crocodile do this? Because in his younger years, he wanted to be Pirate King, so he'd naturally have to surpass Whitebeard and the other Emperors to do so. His defeat was so traumatic that he gave up on his dream of being Pirate King and settled on being one of the Shichibukai instead, as well as wanting power by obtaining Pluton. This is also why he wanted to kill Whitebeard at Marineford. To avenge his crushing defeat years ago and the loss of his old dream. Not as shocking and dramatic as Croco-mom, I know, but it makes so much more sense to me. The pieces are all there, especially when you consider in the same scene where Crocodile's secret is revealed to exist, we see the other prisoners complain about how much they'd like to take down Whitebeard because so many people resent him out of jealousy or something. So it's not like it would be rare for Crocodile to want to see Whitebeard defeated, humiliated or killed in some way. There's also my more recent theory that Vegapunk ate an intelligence enhancing Devil Fruit that made him the super genius he is today. That would probably explain why it's stated that his brilliant mind is hundreds of years ahead of its time. As a bonus, it could maybe have also inspired his interest in researching Devil Fruits. With a scientific mind that has been greatly improved with a Devil Fruit, Vegapunk may have become fascinated with what other potential benefits a Devil Fruit power could bestow; be it naturally, artificially duplicated, modified in some way (like Chopper's Rumble Ball,) or used in unconventional ways, like giving Zoan fruits to non-living things. And then of course, there's his laser technology that was inspired by the Pika Pika no Mi. I'm kind of hoping this is the case, since it seems fun and clever to me.

I meant to emphasize Crocodile is more ashamed of being defeated and not fulfilling his old dream to become Pirate King. I honestly don't see him being embarrassed by a visible battle injury; he doesn't seem to be that petty. As for everyone knowing he fought and lost... I'm not sure if I'm ready to buy into that yet. From the way everyone around him (except Ivankov) behaves, it seems like an encounter with Whitebeard could still be a surprise. Or maybe I'm just holding out hope that my theory has some validity to it. And it goes without saying that aside from the wilder theories in the iceberg (which are entertaining for their own set of reasons,) I had a lot of fun seeing what other One Piece fans have thought up to explain some of the series' big mysteries, and that includes Vegapunk. Even if my theory is tossed out the window one day, I'd still enjoy seeing some of these other Vegapunk theories come true, or of course, Oda surprising us all by shedding some light on him that comes straight out of left field. So as you said yourself, we'll find out the truth one day. Until then, I'll just amuse myself by feeling proud I could work out some complex thought that satisfies my questions surrounding Vegapunk.

I think the people are devil fruits theory is a poorly worded way of saying people with devil fruits can be cannibalized to get their devil fruit powers, which is almost confirmed by big mom and Ms caramels backstory
