I did this workout yesterday for the first time. There isn't a part of my core that isn't feeling it this morning: front, side, and back. Absolutely perfect core workout. Thank you thank you!!

I love this workout so much. The opening sequence I love how I can feel my abs contracting to pull my legs back to center. I love how it activates my core for the rest of the workout!
