I like this core combo! The combo of on hands and knees, elbows & forearms and back means one part of my body doesn’t get too fatigued (I notice it especially in my wrists). Thanks Chloe!

Chloe, I loved your routines. I would like to know how many times per week I can make pilates and if I can do the same routine for several weeks or what do you suggest? Thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge.

Hi Andrea! It's really different for everyone. Some people prefer to practice twice per week and I have many clients who do Pilates everyday! You can really mix it up though and focus on more restorative workouts some days e.g. kzbin.info/www/bejne/hpullHqXp6mXpLs I like variety so mixing up your routine is also great! You can do this by choosing different videos each week :) Good luck!
