It’s crazy how you don’t need super high energy complicated workouts to truly activate your muscles!! This is one of the best ab workouts I’ve done, and it’s enjoyable to do, plus I love this guys energy. All around this is incredible!!

I adore this workout so much! I started it while searching for Pilates that would strengthen my core after fracturing my spine and haven’t done a different core work out since. Not only is it very manageable time-wise to fit into your morning routine, but it also shows results very quickly which is an added bonus in my case. This channels videos are absolutely brilliant! Loved this workout, I could feel my core working and activating muscles I rarely use. Brian’s personality is golden, he kept me entertained throughout. I hadn’t even planned on doing the whole thing, but by the time I checked the clock it only had 2 mins left so I finished it. ✅ good job everyone!

I'm glad that I gave that workout another chance. This time it was way easier to do heel slides because surface was more smooth for easier gliding. ALso part of the time I did alternating heel slides
