As a fellow Histoires’s de parfums nut ‘ I have tried Olympia and it was just a bit too much for me but Moulin rouge is my favourite of the powdery ones . I love Frederic Malle s Lipstick Rose but would love to try Lipstick on . Great live as always . I have just ordered Juliette has a gun Lipstick Fever to try as well .

I love powdery scents and have and love all the Guerlain classics - apre Londree ‘ Mitsouko ‘ L’heure bleu ‘ shalimar ‘ Chamade ‘ Lui and Habit rouge as Favourite classic house along with Histoires de parfums for Niche .

I remember you mentioned Calypso / Piguet in one of your videos. Don't you find it eligible in this category of a more complex fine powdery suede ? (Is Skin on skin in that category?- never had the chance to try it ). I looove that geranium in Calypso. It gives such a nice bitterish fluffiness. I realised I also love the long dead Dahlia noir EDP because of the bitter powderiness. And speaking of the bitter powder, it instantly came to my mind Yerbamate- such an unique vegetal chalky powder....Houbigant sounds dreaaamy!!! After collecting Artisan - I have 9 or 10 bottles, Penhaligons and HdP are my next fetish.

I just bought Violet Musk from Ajmal and despite the divided opinions about it, I really like its powdery quality. It's soft yet warm and creamy. The slight makeup-like sweetness evokes to me classic sophistication.

@@MariaMeliora I have Amber Wood, and others. I think that their signature collection line is great for the price. I tried a few other products but they tend to be "designer-like" and often mimic other famous stuffs. For example I also ordered viola and señora and despite their affordable price I will return them. (I never return stuff, it's not my culture, but those are just a big NO for me.) I also have Aristocrate/baccarat Rouge dupe (I can hardly stand it anymore since it's everywhere now), and D'light which is, in my opinion, a little gem (cheap, cute, light, for uncomplicated days.)
