Yes, please make a video on articulating your thoughts and communication! This is one of my biggest challenge, specially because I have to communicate in a language that it’s not my first language. I read books and articles but still find it difficult and shy away from talking to people. I feel that people perceive me as awkard and unintelligent due to my poor communication skills.

I have reinvented myself many times in my life. Sometime it was forced due to necessary growth and sometimes it was a choice. I "expect" to change many more times. I love hearing how other people approach change. It's inspiring so keep up these videos. I do agree with being careful who your friends/associates are. I also believe you need to question what you were taught to believe about yourself. But the main thing is to enjoy the journey. Remember that life happens. So just keep calm and carry on.

Thank you for taking the time to bring us this video❤ I just wanted to add in regards to the hair washing--people say not to wash your hair every day because you will strip it of natural oil, but I’ve learned that’s not entirely true! Not washing your hair daily call buildup of oils in the follicles and can actually cause dermatitis eczema and other skin and scalp issues x

It was so hard letting go of the people as part of my glow up. As a queer woman, I’d want to be around other queer people whose politics matched mine, but it really didn’t serve me. They were not going the places in life that I wanted to go, and being around them held me back. Your last video said to pick just three goals for the last 90 days of 2024, and this one reminds us that each season is going to look different as we have different focuses in different seasons. It’s a great reminder for when we want to do everything, but we need to focus so we actually accomplish something.

Hiii Vickita!! so I would like to ask you for advice. I have this friend, who is a part of our friendgroup , and also my classmate (its our last year together). And Ive noticed that she triggers me with her certain actions... and also in general at times does not behave very politely towards me or our other friend. I see the roots of my triggers, but still, other things that she does hurt me... Many people advice it to just cut person like that out of your life... but her being my classmate does not make it that easy. Exams are something that i should focus on, and dealing with potential break up i think would make it even harder. Its probably important to mention, that there are not only bad vibes between us, many happy moments are present. But what bothers me the most is the fact that when she hurts me, she doenst even like give it a second thought... even our friend notice it, because this kind of behavieour is often used towards them too. If someone else is reading this, i would be happy to hear your opinion too!!!! sending love

As someone who finally left literally yesterday after 3 years. It takes time. I tried leaving 10+ times (yall can laugh idc). For some longer than others. Just accept that is not love but codependency. You’re just used to it and attached emotionally but that’s not love. You need time away and detox your entire body in EVERY SINGLE aspect. I highly encourage you slowly start taking steps back if you can’t leave right away. Prioritize yourself. Good luck ❤

I really disagree with not saving. you need to save to understand priority and sacrifice. Throwing away money to coffee and subscriptions can really add up and take away from investing + the amazing nature of compound interest. Let's say you indulge $2000 a year in Starbucks, random lunches, dinners, drinks etc. That's $22,000 in 20 years with 15% compound interest lost. Now add up that $2000 in various years that you saved and invested. It's not a joke so please don't mess around when talking about stupid and unnecessary expenses. So if you start young, yes you can retire earlier and it does make a difference!!!!
