Great guide, thanks Luthias. I would also be interested in understanding at what distance players and puppets can hear different sounds. For example silenced vs unsilenced weapons, different vehicles, going slow or idling vs going vast. Explosions etc. Would make an interesting guide imo.

I am trying to get them to add more information for server owners to every setting because most of them don't even work so once they know whats going on I'll make a proper guide

I don't know if this actually works just heard rumors but could you do a video on distracting mechs using boom box, flares, etc or other tactics like smoke grenades to hide from them?

It's not a good strategy because your giving your position away to players.

@@Luthais I'm curious if it's possible. I've tired shooting exploding crossbow bolts around the mechs in SP but they ignore them as far as I could tell. I'm still not sure if or how well smoke grenades work to hide or distract them.

Do shoes make a difference in sounds? We got different kinds?

I have tested it and short answer no. Stealth has an impact on being heard by others

How about abandoned bunkers but 100% without making a sound but no puppies also

Not sure what you mean. Even if you crouch walk you are making a sound. Everything you do makes a sound so if you can't move you can't do anything.
