Hi, What's your advice to apply a red OSL on this model with the colors scheme you use ? It's preferable to apply the OSL after use black spray and after use your scheme color for the skin ? Or paint the skin and after do the RED OSL ?

If you use GW paints for GW models it will be alot easier for people to follow along. Just a tip!

If you search on Google "paint range compability chart" top result should be a Dakka Dakka post that shows what colors are closest matches across each range.

@@jimyoyoma8956 Yeah, that chart is wildly inaccurate and somewhat outdated. There are a few apps that do a better job but thats not really the point. If anyone wants to paint along to the video its just inconvenient. Most people use the Gw range (and no, I'm not really a fan of the paints myself), so start from that and let those that use other ranges fiddle with the charts. That way the maximum number of viewers will have an easy time with it, right?

Why exactly would that be true? Citadel colours are not painting the model for you. Even with the exact same pots of paint applied in the very techniques used and shown here all models will look vastly different. These are not "first contact" videos. I would bet most viewers have subscriptiond active for other mini painting channels like trovarion, Ninjon, Sam lenz or Vince Venturella - none of which used Citadel exclusively.

@@hinti24 Not sure what you mean. Which part would not be true? That more people have citadel paints compared to AK? The rest is more about saving time than the quality of the result.

@@Anecron1 It might be true that most mini painters own citadel/GW paints, but I doubt that it would add to this channels growthrate or the quality of the tutorials at all If sole citadel was used.
