Not sure if it’s been pointed out, but the banner at 0:52 is wrong. Poltorbgeist doesn’t only hit pegs while traveling upwards, it passes through the pegs while going up. When not going up it behaves normally and can still hit pegs

Even with a minor "mistake" (It just depends on how you read it), the banners are really nice and helpful in case I miss a video and Tyler knows something and takes it quickly. The banners just look so good, and I read them even if I know what they say. Good job editors! (And Tyler if he came up with the idea, but mostly editors for putting in the work to add them)

Assemball should have psudolevels, so when it only has 1-2 sectorbs it get a level 1 border 3-4 sectorbs has a level 2 border complete has a level 3 border

Custom ball idea Mission Impossiball Chooses a random peg before you fire. Hit that peg for really good damage, miss for a pitiful amount. Tier 2: better damage overall Tier 3: second target peg

To be honest, there needs to be a fourth map where it's just a challenge map with all the bosses, sorta like boss rush but all of the enemies have twice as much health and deal two more damage. I think that would be an Interesting challenge up.

I don't think that would really work. There is just too much inconsistency between different builds. At the end of this run Tyler made 10k+ damage. So even if the enemies had double health he would still one-shot them. But then on other runs the final boss is a struggle. So how do you balance the fourth map? Either you give the enemies so much health that they still are challenging for builds that make 10k+ damage, but that would mean that every not so strong build just has 0 chance. Or you make them weak enough for the weaker builds, but then how much fun is it to one-shot 20 enemies in a row? As someone else mentioned I think the way Slay the spire does it is better than a complete fourth map. If you lose to the final final boss in StP it's not bad. Your deck just wasn't good enough. But if you lose to the *first* enemy on a map, that would suck. Because you are missing out on so many fights.

Tyler, you singlehandedly made me get Peglin. It hits the perfect length for me to enjoy it. If a roguelike is too long, I lose motivation because I die at the final boss and lose all my progress, whereas if it's too short it's not fulfilling. Peglin and Inscryption are both in the perfect length range for me.

I'm not sure if you know this, but in chest rooms, after you choose your relic, if you detonate the 5 bombs in the middle you get an extra relic. This is especially good if you have the enhanced gunpowder relic, which allows bombs to hit other pegs when detonating.

THE SYNERGIES ITS ONLY 12:30 AND THIS BUILD GOES SO HARD the +10 working for each first hit, the matryorbshka relic working in tangent with the spirit circles and the forge relic AND all the refresh syngergy because all the multiballs will hit it so often. Goat.

Summoning circle caps at 16 copies, from my testing. even all at t3 i only ever got 16, even with well over 10 circles. (tested with a custom start of 1 summoning circle + like 30 mirrorbs, so i didn't have to upgrade them all. correct me if wrong, or if something else causes more orbs(not multiball))

You should check out a build Angory Tom got with the summoning circles. His deck was 4 summoning circles and a matryorbska. In the final boss he had the 4 summoning circles followed by the multiball to summon 81 lvl3 matryorbska that then split into 648 balls. + squirrel relic summoning an additional 130 squirrels

Banners telling what orbs do are nice, however, don't overdo them. In the last peglin video, electorbmagnet attracts to bombs, crits and refreshes. Technically it attracts to all pegs, but it would be fine if editors wrote just crits and refreshes, without bombs. In this video, poltorbgeist only hits pegs when travelling upwards. Well, that sounds like a bad orb then. Better diescription: poltorbgest pierces pegs when travelling upwards, just like it says in game. A lot of older orbs have clear description, so an extra line is unnesesary. It was good for the asemball though.

The true insane summoning circle build is 3-4 circles and Matryorbska with a Squirrel, Shell (or Gift), and Duplication station. Summon circles have a cap on how many times they can trigger each other (And they do trigger each other), I think its 3, so 3 summoning circles into a Matryorbska should be maximum orb. Squirrel's obviously will go insane if you have enough refreshes because of the sheer number of peg hits you will get, also its MOAR ORB. I 100% recommend a silly custom where you start with 3 Summoning Circles and let the insanity take over.

i been thinking about it couple days because like you say it already rare, one way they can do make it all rare orb a unique orb thing like assemball ,summoning circle , and all win con orb so you can only have 1 name per deck so it fell like unique and powerfull orb when you play it, and when you get one it feel like yeah the run is easier to win now.

When you said it was 36 and then realized it was just 9, it *was* 36, you shot 9 balls with the multiball that quadrupled them only after they hit pegs, so it was harder to distinguish them

Not sure what happened at 18:00, the assemballs only multiballed once. Perhaps a bug with summoning circle + duplication machine? It looked like 18 balls, and if you track the first ball it doesn't split on its second bounce. They also only split upon hitting an active peg/tile, and not when hitting the deactivated tiles.

Did some counting and it looked like nine balls. So I think the matriorbshka shell and the duplication station applied to the summoning circle and not the orbs it summoned. And for some reason, summoning circle cannot be multiballed?

@@kuru5964 I can definitely count at least 14 balls in play on some of the frames between 18:03 and 18:04. If you watch closely, you can defnintely see the first ball split into 2 upon hitting the tile below the start. However, following balls hitting this same tile do not split immediately, and wait until hitting an active tile/peg. Also, the balls that have split do not seem to split again upon hitting a new active tile/peg, but you would expect them to split a second time under the effects of multiball 2. That said, the summoning circle spawned exactly 9 balls if you don't count the multiball effect.

Isn't safety net super good with the "first hit has +10"? You took a foot, which is considerably less damage, even upgraded. Safety net would be 10 + 5 * base damage, so even with the weakest 1/0 orb always at least 15. With a 2/0 orb it's at least 20. And those 5 pegs count towards peg counters. The foot has 15 by comparison, 20 when upgraded. Edit: I guess the feet nation scales better in longer fights. Nvm my point.

Summoning circle is so good, i think it could easily justify having self damage or making the fired orbs be -1/-1 or something and still be one of the best in the game
