I do have a question ⁉️ I've seen tripe at my local grocery store. They have two different kinds. They have a cubed shaped tripe and the full tripe. Do you have any experience with the cubed tripe. I haven't been able to find any videos on how to clean and cook the cubed tripe. Please let me know when you have time if you know what I'm talking about. Thank you.

40 minutes. I put in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and 4-5 cups of water (enough to cover the tripe). 40 minutes on high, and it was done. It was so good.

James. You can't call yourself a chef unless you graduated from a CERTIFIED culinary college. Also, You chopped up the greens for the soup and then discarded it. Also, there's 2 types of tripe from 2 stomachs of the cow. One is the cheaper thin tripe and the other is the gourmet "HONEYCOMB" tripe that's from the main stomach of the cow. If you were a chef, you'd know the sources and terms of these tripe versions. I've been cooking and eating tripe versions for my entire life. Wanna talk about intestines and chitlins?
