Good video! I have a 2015 E63S wagon that we’ve been building for our channel, and I’m definitely going to use this video in the future.

Nice vid your vids gave me the courage to take on the downpipes in my CLS63s. Now I have the tune with it, I did the oil pressure trick and last I’m about to do the intercooler mod. it’s a high ten second 4 door. Hellcat Killa. One day I’ll do the E85 tune. Gives u almost stage two power with no mods. Keep doing the Benz videos love them

Did the oil flow mod = SMOOTHER & QUIETER, with no issues other than the soft code that dose NOT turn on the C E L. But MB has issued a emissions related update for the M278/157, the update turns the soft code into a hard C E L code. Working with my tuner after the holidays to turn it off.

I noticed that at 14:03, you said the car has coils in the front and bags in the back. If you watch my recent video of our E63 wagon reveal, I’m sure you’ll see that the front is SIGNIFICANTLY lower than it should be from factory. I was under the impression that the car had air suspension on all four corners and the previous owner had manually set the ride height to as low as possible. When I put the car in the sport plus handling mode, I thought I noticed the front end raising and or lowering upon activation or deactivation. Am I just convincing myself this is happening, or is it possible that my 2015 E63S has an electronic front lift or front air suspension? Our car has been modified, but not to the extent where I would’ve thought it already had aftermarket front coilovers/springs installed on it.

No, the E63 is on steel could in the front and bags in the rear. So you're wagon must already have kw/h&r/rentech could up front. The e550 is on air all 4 concerned and the other models can be either all air or coils. Placing the car and either sport or comfort will only raise the rear in your E63

Is the coding the same on the cls w218 (for the ILS)
@ExoticCarDIY12 күн бұрын
No, the names of the options will be different. Not sure if it's possible, but should be

Awesome video as always! I was wondering what you recommend more - the H&R lowering springs or the KW height adjustable spring kit you installed on your red E63. I’m looking to lower the front end and I’m curious to what you’d recommend. I drive a 2014 E63 - I actually think you’re the one who coded ILS on my car (matte grey used to be owned by an MB tech, I’m pretty sure I saw my car in your wheel video). Thanks!

I like the adjustability of the k&w personally. The h&r is very low. If you're okay with very low they are a great value

how do you fix the lag when depressing the accelerator pedal?
@HirschPower12 күн бұрын
It’s possible I may have misunderstood your section about the intakes. Our E63S already has catless downpipes and a midpipe resonator delete with a stage 1 tune from Weistec. Would you still recommend the intakes if we were NOT going to re-tune the car after the installation?
@ExoticCarDIY12 күн бұрын
I recommend the intake for tuned cars, I do not recommend then for stock cars. I think the general consensus is you do not have to have it retuned, but if you have a customizable tomb, they can tweak it if you tell them you have intakes
