Hi everyone! In today’s video, I share my very minimal morning routine, and explain how building this routine over the last six months has transformed my life. This routine has allowed me to use my time more efficiently, improve my productivity, and make daily progress toward my goals. Over the past several months, I’ve eliminated a lot of steps from my morning routine, keeping only the things that truly add value. Although I love meditating, journaling, and writing gratitude lists... I realized they weren't actually helpful for me first thing in the morning.
This morning routine is optimized for productivity. It maximizes my morning hours and sets me up for success throughout the day. Whether you’re busy working a 9-5 job, you're a student, or you just want to create a quick and effective morning routine that will help you achieve more throughout the day, this video is for you! I wish I'd found a video like this last year-it would have saved me a lot of time. I'm a huge believer that you don't need a 25-step, drawn-out morning routine to be successful!
