Hey everyone, welcome back! In today’s video I share the nutrition tools that I’ve used to lose 20 pounds over the last year, without totally losing my mind in the process. These tips have helped me transform my health and fitness while balancing a busy schedule. I also share how you can use these tools to create a 75 day fat loss challenge that’s perfect to complete leading up to summer! The goal of the challenge is to take 2 and a half months to build new healthy habits and become the best versions of ourselves before summer 2024, although you can use these tools at any time.
I have the full version of the 75 day summer nutrition challenge in a Notion template available in the Radiant community (my coaching group), but you can also use the tools discussed in this video to create your own challenge completely for free. Whatever works!
