I'm 60 and I've avoided the whole KISS thing and followed other bands. I respect the hell out of them, though. Never disliked or hated the band at all - just never followed them. As you know, you could not avoid KISS no matter what genre you listened to! Anyway, decided to delve into KISS a bit and once I watched one video, KZbin suggested others. I found your series and each episode has been incredible. Sure, I knew a lot of this info already, but this presents it in a very entertaining way that often makes me 'LOL'.. for real! LOVE these!

God these guys are all (one Ina million ),there never was nor never will be another band close ,bands today are nothing like,and it's sad there ending but all the members ,From Gene to Mark ,and every one in between there amazing there body of work ,if it's a album with a certain four letters and those cool s's it's gonna be great it's gonna be an experience and there all different but all are amazing from Elder to Carnival if you followed like I did from Dynasty on it's in your DNA and I know so many of you reading can relate but these guys are the one band totally different from day one to 2023 just wish there be more studio albums from the Thayer/Singer lineup serious God bless the Kiss Army and all our boys Kiss !

Every KISS fan in NY (myself included!) was NOT HAPPY. I remember hanging with my friends, opening, I think"Hit Parade" mag during lunch. It kept us out of trouble lol. We saw Gene with short hair and saying he was going to be in Hollywood. We ALL went "WHAT?! that's some BS. Well, we still got Starchild! Paul will never leave us for friggin LA!" THEN.....🤨 When we found out Ace and Peter were there we lost our minds lmao. But they came back home. Granted, most of us have moved to Jersey now. But we're not far home. Still. We NEVER really got over it. And whenever our boys were home, all was right on our overcrowded island of misfits. They have their beautiful families. So they were meant to be wherever at that time. But over the years, Paul and Gene have gotten bougie. And haven't been kind about us here at times. Just saying.
