No worries, when leveling Barb it sucksd cause of the lack of damage but once I got to tier 3 and managed to gear up decently I was hitting 200k to crits of 500k but now at WT4 with Ancestral gear I'm uncommonly hitting for 2.9 mil crits though I'm playing Hammer of the Ancients Barb so maybe other builds can hit harder.

@@Rathial I wanted a challenge and went full minion from lvl 1- now (60). No BS/CE. They went from "no tank/no damage" to "kinda tanky/low damage". The problem is: You have to invest everything into them to make them perform "below average". And i guess WT4 gonna be even worse. On top of that you have no "move here/attack here" option. Makes certain events almost impossible. Necro with minions need some love.

Artillery Shrines on a Necro with a ton of minions is crazy. All of the summons fire stuff with each attack. Then the corpse explosion fires them off, as well as the ones fired off around the necro every time you do anything. "Bullet hell" doesn't quite do it justice.

For reference, druid was memed as the lowest dmg class in d4. Theres a dungeon quest to free prisoners, but even though some prisoners might be dead, you still have to free them for some reason. The bow&Arrow shrine/pylon is kinda stupid but Op, making any class shoot like it has machine guns and imo, doesnt fit the game atmosphere at all

In my experience, the shrines in D4 are placed in such a way that they are of minimal to no use. Often I'll go to get a shrine, and it's cursed -- giving me next to no benefit for the shrine afterwards since the mobs are all dead. Or by the time I do stumble upon a conduit shrine, it lasts just long enough to get to the next pack before it wears off. I think it'd be on point for you to do a comic illustrating the terrible placement of shrines and how little benefit we get from them.

- When you enter a side dungeon you go through a load screen and then pop in a few feet behind the entrance. - At around level 20-40 you still level up quite fast but use gear that is ~10-20 levels below you because finding meaningful upgrades is somewhat rare, due to a lot of possible stats but only a handful that are beneficial to your play stile. So you feel like you don't do much damage in the midgame. ['specially compared with the early game where the game is balanced around you not having access to most of your tools yet] - When you do side dungeons their objectives are pseudo randomized and one of these is to rescue X amount of prisoners. Some of them are long dead and skellis but you still have to channel the ~2 second rescue animation on them for it to count. - One of the shrines gives you +100% attack speed and shoots 5 golden arrows when ever you do any action so for a short time you turn into Rambo. - With all the loot you get that you don't care for comes turning it all into either money or crafting mats. But the game is designed around the concept of you often clearing out your whole inventory into scraps the amount it pays out feels decently low. It's ok because you do it a lot but still funny when you turn 20+ items into 5-8 mats you actually need.
