@@HobbenTroutski He actually calculates the calories he eats per week which total 21,000Kcal....So if he ate 8,000kcal in this meal, the rest of the week he will divide the 13,000kcal equally for 6 days plus he works out so that is why he gets to stay in shape. There is a video he put explaining it

I could have done this when expecting my first child. I told the family that I “ really don’t eat red meat,” then proceeded to eat 4 huge porterhouse steaks. Still wanted more and they had to take two out of the freezer to defrost. When my husbands uncle said to him, “I thought she didn’t eat red meat,” my husband said, “whatever you do, DON’T tell her. She’s kind of scaring me right now.” Thank heavens I only gained 20 lbs during my pregnancy, but most of it was that dinner.

Nah, meat doesn’t cause weight gain unless you are working out then it helps build muscle. But, the only thing that allows your body to make fat is carbohydrate. So actually eating meat only ie., carnivore diet is a legitimate way to lose weight without calorie restriction. That includes other meat based products that have no carbs in them eg., eggs, bacon, butter, some cheeses, offal eg liver, seafood etc. It’s the crisps, pasta, chips, rice, potatoes, pizza, bread, bananas etc., that cause weight gain.

I’m sure he’s making a killing from KZbin and also something decent in merch sales but my goodness I can’t imagine a more miserable lifestyle. Eating once a week (including some foods you hate) to the point where you never want to eat them again, feel like vomiting, feel miserable and are destroying your digestive system in the long term no matter how much you exercise and how correctly you do it after the fact. Then for the rest of the week having to starve yourself while eating food that’s not enjoyable or good tasting at all. Adam pays the price to earn a good living on KZbin and he’s one of the few content creators who fully deserves every dollar (or quid) he makes. Unreal discipline and work ethic.
