20 reps pullups at a bodyweight of around 230-250 is impressive never mind the other lifts. 👍

I can watch Dan Green lift all day. My only complaint with this video is it's length, too short! 😅

Ho lee chit-- rollouts from toes at that height and bodyweight? Also, what brand is the roller? Mine broke when I tipped it ever so slightly to the right mid set despite my relatively light weight (230 lbs).

Can someone please tell me is it better to do over over hand or over under grip when deadlifting? Thanks
@mattburris79914 жыл бұрын
Over-under, it'll allow you to maintain a better grip at heavier weights, in my opinion. But do whatever feels good.
@chrishaz11224 жыл бұрын
@@mattburris7991 I was thinking of doing over under the more I go heavy......... Thanks buddy
@jholl33574 жыл бұрын
it really comes down to personal preference. It seems that a lot of people have been switching from over under to hook grip recently as it seems to decrease the risk of tearing a bicep

Only 1 set per exercise?
@Horus-Lupercal4 жыл бұрын
No, definitely way more sets, they're just condensing the video.

I think he only does a single working set though, doesn’t he?

Dan is the man in this no nonsense gym. I can also do 20 pull ups, 4 sets of 5, does this count?
