We were in JLT as you might saw in our last video and we wouldn't recommend that. We still think Al Furjan is a good area, especially if you want to live in the apartment. It's perfect with the metro and people doesn't know about Al Furjan that much, so if you want to invest there, do it soon. Because everyone is talking about Dubai South now and that it will be the new place to invest in. You will have the new airport and the new Palm. Another area that people are discussing now is Expo. EMAAR is planning to build a lot of new apartments there. It's further away, but you still have the metro and will be close to the new airport. So, that's probably the two areas we would look at right now.
