Britney, You are like most of us drag racers. We ALL need adult supervision. It's amazing just how fast stuff happens. You can't get your belts too tight , and someone watching everything at all times. My 1991 Camaro IROC-Z which i built every part of from the ground up to go fast (9.00 @ 154 mph) Stuff does happen. Lucky you were all ok. Have and use all the safety equipment you need . Just cause some one says you don't need it. Get it anyway use it, after all its you or your friends in that car. That way if something bad does happen, you can if you want go back and race again. Good Luck.

My friend was in car accident from a semi tire just blew away , which cost of friend truck roll off road on side gasoline was soaking them up and one said it burns , lucky a fireman , first responder live just half a mile away stopped pulling on both parties in truck for others to get loaded and look at , even city police chief came out , he might been working or someone called him up , everything turned out good,

What the guy should have done with shut the engine down if you shut the engine down he went of had throttle stick open and would have been able to stop that's why all drag car have a kill switch in it for a reason but glad that you are ok
